Get Well

This tutorial was written by me on August 11, 2012 and are the result of my own imagination. Any resemblance to another tutorial is purely coincidental.
This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies needed.

I am using PSP X4 but this tutorial should work with any version.

PTU Tube: I am using the fantastic artwork of Elias Chatzoudis. Please do not use his artwork without a proper license.
I purchased mine through PTE. You now can purchase Elias's tubes at his new store here
Please follow his TOU.

FTU Frame: I am using Playing Doctor Cluster Frame by  BKC Designs.
Thank you for creating this fantastic Cluster Frame. You can download it at her blog here.

Mask: WSL_mask179. You can down load it from Weescotslass Creations here. Save to your mask folder.

Plug ins: None

This tutorial was written using the supplies above. If you are using a different
tube or scrap kit you may need to make adjustments. I am using a drop shadow of
V/H 2 Opacity 50, blur 5 through out unless otherwise stated.

Open the cluster frame and duplicate it (shift + D) and close the original.

Delete the copyright layer.

Using your magic wand (settings below) select inside your frame.

Make sure to select the small portions on the right side.

See image. Selections Modify, expand by 4.

Add a new raster layer and drag to the bottom. Select a color from your tube, I used #60120d, and flood fill your selection.

Do not deselect.

Effects>texture effects>blinds with the following settings.

Do not deselect.

Copy your close up tube and paste as a new layer.

Move your tube (using your move tool) into a place you like best. Selections>Invert and standing on your tube layer, hit delete on you keyboard.

Change the blend mode to lighten and lower the opacity to 70%.

Add a drop shadow to your frame.

Copy your main tube and paste as a new layer. Image resize 80% all layers not checked and move to a place you like best.

Add a drop shadow.

Select a color from your tube or frame, I used #7c242c. Select raster 1 (bottom layer) and flood fill.

Layers>load/save masks>load mask from disk and find the WSL_mask 179. Apply it and merge group.

Image resize 90% all layers checked.

Add your name and copyright. Save as png and your done.

I hope you enjoyed my tutorial. I would love to see your results.
