Animated Tutorials

Hi everyone.
As you have noticed I am now writing animated tutorials.
I would like to thank the amazing Artist and designers for their gorgeous creations to play with.
My tutorials are written using PSP and Animation shop but there is a difference as I mostly use the .psd file for the animation and sometimes, but not often, I will use the mng file. My tutorials are very lengthy. You can always do just the tag and save it as a pspimage file and come back and try the animation part later. If you have any questions you can find me on Facebook.

Have fun!!

Permissions

I have written permission from Engelshen's Crazy Fantasy World. to use their FTU kits in my tutorials.

Mask: DBV mask 79 by Designs by Vaybs.  Thank you Vaybs for the great masks.  You can download it here.

Plug ins: none.

This tutorial was written using the supplies above.  If you are using a different tube or scrap kit you may need to make adjustments.  I am using a drop shadow of V/H 2 Opacity 50, blur 5, color black through out the tutorial unless otherwise state.

Open a new 600x600 transparent image.

Copy your middle tube and paste as a new layer. Drop shadow.

Open element 21, copy and close the original.  Paste as a new layer and move to the right side behind your tube.  It should be between the woman and the tree branch.  See mine for placement.

Open element 11, copy and close the original.  Paste as a new layer and resize 60%.  Move this in front of the door and move down a bit.  See mine for placement.

Open element 19, copy and close the original.  Paste as a new layer and move to the left of the woman. Move this under your tube layer.  See mine for placement.

Open element 4, copy and close the original.  Paste as a new layer and resize 60%.  Move to the right of the pillar.  Duplicate, mirror and move to the left of the pillar.  See mine for placement.

Open element 1, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 30% and move to the upper left.  The right wind should be touching the top of the pillar.  Drop Shadow.  See mine for placement.

Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 4, Copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste as a new layer.

Layers/load/save mask/load mask from disk and find DBV mask 79.  Apply your mask and merge group.

Add your copyright and name.  Save as png.

I hope you enjoyed my tutorial.  I would love to see your results.

Hugs,

Gwils
