PTU: Gypsy Dream

This tutorial was written by me on June 13, 2016. The results are of my own imagination.  Any resemblance to another tutorial is purely coincidental.

Please DO NOT claim this tutorial as your own.

This was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP.

Please keep in mind that I write the tutorial as I am creating it.

Sometimes I may not explain properly where to place things so please see my example if you are ever in doubt :)

Supplies needed

I am using PSP X8 but this tutorial should work with any version.

PTU Tube:  I am using a gorgeous tube called "Gypsy" created by Lidia Misfit.  Please do not use this tubes without a proper licence.
You can purchase this beauty at Digi Diva's store here.

PTU Kit:  I am using a fanastic matching kit called "Gipsy" created by Michelle's Myth.  You can purchase this awesome kit at Digi Divas Store here.  *Tube is not included*

Mask: WSL mask 250.  You can download it from Weescotslass Creations blog here.

Font of choice for your name.  I used Master of Break.

Plug in: None

I am using a drop shadow (D/S) of V/H 2, Opacity 50, blur 5, color black throughout the tutorial unless otherwise stated.

Let's get started.

Open a new 600x600 transparent image.

Copy your tube and paste as a new layer.  Image, resize 15% all layers and again by 90% not checked, and D/S.

Open element 76, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 35% and move to the bottom center just under the gypsy.  D/S

Open element 60, copy and close the original.  Select the tube layer and paste.  Resize 35% and move to the bottom left so the crystal ball slightly overlaps it.  D/S, duplicate and mirror.

Open element 31, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste.  Resize 50% and move to the lower left side.  D/S

Open element 78, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste.  Resize 60% and move to the upper left side.

Open element 81, copy and close the original.  Select the wagon layer and paste.  Resize 50% and move to the bottom of the wagon so it is beside the stairs.  Duplicate and mirror.  Move this under the wagon layer and just to the left of the bottom of the wagon.  Duplicate the original grass layer and move in front of the back wheel.

Open element 84, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste.  Resize 70% and move to the upper right corner so it peeks out from behind the tube.

Open element 1, copy and close the original.  Select the moon layer and paste.  Resize 60% and move over the moon.  D/S.

Open element 15, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 60%, adjust sharpness, sharpen and D/S.  Move to the bottom so the small butterflies are over the crystal ball.

Open element 13, copy and close the original.  Select the top grass layer and paste.  Move to the bottom right so it is peeking out from under the tube and green leaf layer.  D/S.

Open element 23, copy and close the original.  Select the top grass layer and paste.  Resize 40% and move to the far bottom right so it peeks out from behind the tree.  D/S

Open element 22, copy and close the original.  Select the tube layer and paste.  Resize 20% and move to the bottom right so it is in front of the other mushroom.  D/S, duplicate and mirror.  Move this layer under the wagon layer and move it so it peeks of the from bottom left.

Open element 37, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste.  Duplicate and mirror.

Open element 93, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 40% and move to the bottom so it covers the right side of the crystal ball.  D/S, duplicate and mirror.

Open element 55, copy and close the original.  Select the moon layer and paste.  Move to the upper right so the top branch covers the bottom of the moon.  D/S, duplicate and move down so part of the branches are under the mushroom.

Open element 20, copy and close the original.  Select the tree layer that is just under the tube layer.  Paste. and move up slightly.

Open element 19, copy and close the original.  Select the crystal ball layer and paste.  Resize 50% and move it in the center of the ball.

Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 5, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste.  Apply WSL mask 250 and merge group.

Add your copyright and name.
