This was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP.

Please keep in mind that I write the tutorial as I am creating it.

Sometimes I may not explain properly where to place things so please see my example if you are ever in doubt :)

Supplies needed

I am using PSP X8 but this tutorial should work with any version.

PTU Tube:  I am using an awesome tube called "Dark Love" created by Arthur Crowe.  This is a bonus tube.  Please do not use his tubes without a proper licence.  
You can purchase Arthur's tubes here

PTU Kit:  I am using an awesome matching scrapkit called "Dark Love" by Evol Angel Scrapz.  You can see what other kits are available on Evol Angel Scrapz blog here. (This kit came with the bonus tube) ***I was informed that this kit is no longer available at Arthur Crowe's store****Another kit with similar items may work.

Mask:  WSL Mask 281 created by WeeScotsLass Creations.  You can download it from her blog here.

Font of choice for you name.

Plug Ins:  None

I am using a drop shadow (D/S) of V/H 2, Opacity 50, blur 5, color black throughout the tutorial unless otherwise stated.

Let's get started.

Open a new 650x650 transparent image.

Close off all the credit layers and background layer of your tube,  Edit, Copy special, copy merged and paste as a new layer on your new image.  Image, resize 35% all layers not checked.  D/S

Open frame 2, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste.  Resize 80%.  Using your magic wand (settings are Mode, add shift, Match mode, RGB Value, Tolerance and Feather set to 0, Contiguous and Anti-alias checked).  Selections, modify, expand by 5.

Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 10, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste.

Selections, invert,  Standing on your paper layer hit delete on your keyboard.  Select none.  D/S the frame.

Open Cauldron, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  Move to the lower left corner. 

Open Ghost, copy and close the original.  Select the paper layer and paste.  Move to the right so you see the ghost in the frame.  Select the paper layer, select all, float, defloat, selections invert.  Standing on your ghost layer, hit delete on your keyboard.  Select none.

Open Silhouette, copy and close the original.  Select the cauldron layer and paste.  Move to the bottom center.

Open Martini, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 25% and move to the bottom beside the fold in the jacket.  D/S

Open Dark Magic Books, copy and close the original.  Select the tube layer and paste.  Resize 25% and move to the bottom just left of the martini.  The skull should be almost touching the top of the martini.  D/S

Open Candlebra, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  Move to the far left.

Open Skull Candle, copy and close the original.  Select the cauldron layer and paste.  Resize 50% and move to the bottom right corner.  D/S

Open Spiked heart, copy and close the original.  Select the cauldron layer and paste.  Resize 50% and move behind the skull candle.  D/S

Open Web 2, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  Resize 70% and move to the right so the outside curve lines up with the outside frame.  D/S

Open spider, copy and close the original.  Select the web layer and paste.  Resize 30% and move about half way up the web.  D/S

Open sparkles, copy and close the original.  Select the silhouette layer and paste.  Resize 70% and move to the bottom center.

Open bat, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 30% and move to the top of the frame beside the tubes head.  D/S

Open skull lily, copy and close the original.  Select the martini layer and paste.  Resize 25% and move to the top of the web.  D/S

Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 9 and 11.  Copy paper 9 and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste.  Apply WSL mask 281 but do not merge group.  Copy paper 11 and close the original.  Select paper 9 and paste.  Change the blend mode to multiply and merge group.

Image resize by 600 pixels.  All layers checked.

Merge visible, adjust sharpness, sharpen.

Add you copyright and name.

Save as png.

I am using a drop shadow (D/S) of V/H 2, Opacity 50, blur 5, color black throughout the tutorial unless otherwise stated.

Let's get started.

Open a new 650x650 transparent image.

Copy your main tube and paste.  Resize 40% all layers not checked.  (You might just see her toes on the right side.  Just select your move tool and bring her to the bottom center).  D/S

Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 33, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste.  Apply WSL mask 255 Do not merge group yet.

Open element 165, copy and close the original.  Select the paper layer, under the mask layer, and paste.  Resize 80%.

Open element 169, copy and close the original.  Select the paper layer and paste.  Resize 70%.  If you do not like the position of the sparkles, just move the sparkle layer above the mask and then you can move this layer around.  I moved mine to the left.  after placing it in a spot you like, move this layer just above the paper layer again.  Merge group.

Open element 81, copy and close the original.  Select the mask layer and paste.  Resize 40% and move to the upper right corner of the mask.

Open element 159, copy and close the original.  Select the mask layer and paste.  Resize 50% and mirror.  Move to the upper right corner of the mask just under the moon.  Be careful not to go outside your canvas.

Open element 149, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 50% and move to the bottom center.  Apply Eyecandy 4000, Gradient glow, Basic tab change the size to 5, color tab I used color #c7b2c5, click ok.  If you do not have gradient glow you can play with your drop shadow using the same color.  Remember if you use drop shadow to apply it a second time and change the V/H to a minus and the number you used.

Open element 147, copy and close the original.  Select the moon layer and paste.  Resize 45% and move to the far right so it is in behind your tube.

Open element 141, copy and close the original.  Select the tree layer and paste.  Resize 25% and mirror.  Move to the lower right corner so the bottom of the mushrooms line up to the bottom of To Us in the word art.  D/S

Open element 117, copy and close the original.  Select the tube layer and paste.  Resize 25% and D/S.  Move to the bottom right.  It should line up with the bottom of the word art and you should see the stem between the to and us in the word art.  Duplicate and move this layer under the mushroom layer and move up and to the right.

Open element 123, copy and close the original.  Select your tube layer and paste.  Resize 40% and D/S.  Move to the bottom right.  
Open element  83, copy and close the original.  Select the mushroom layer and paste  Resize 40% and mirror.  Move to the lower left corner.  D/S

Open element 75, copy and close the original.  Select the mask layer and paste.  Resize 60% and move to the bottom so it is sitting under the word art.  Duplicate this layer and move up slightly.

Open element 5, copy and close the original.  Select the tube layer and paste.  Resize 30% and move down and to the right so the cat is just in front of the tubes elbow.  D/S

Open element 32, copy and close the original.  Select the tube layer and paste.  Resize 20% and move to the lower left corner.  D/S

Open element 12, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20% and D/S.  Move to the lower right corner just above the Us in the word art.  Duplicate and mirror.  Duplicate this layer and resize 80% and move it to the left side of the tree.

Add any other elements you wish.

Image resize 600 pixels, all layers checked.

Add your copyright and name.

If you do not want to animate, save as png.

Animation.

Open SimoneAni 291 in animation shop.

Animation, Resize animation by 90%.

Back to PSP.

Select raster 1 and flood fill with white.

Hide all layers from the tube layer and up.  Click on the eye on each layer.  

Edit, Copy special, copy merged.

Back to Animation Shop.

Edit, paste as new animation, (ctrl + V)

Now we need 16 frames to match Simone's animation.  

Holding down the ctrl + shift tap the L on your keyboard 15 times.  You should now have 16 frames.  The count is on the lower right of animation shop.

Select all (ctrl + a)

Back to Simone's animation,  Select all (ctrl + A) and copy (ctrl + C).

Back to the background of your tag you just pasted.

We need to paste the animation into the background.  Edit, paste into selected frames (ctrl + e).

It will be handing off of your pointer.  Move it into a spot you like.  I moved it into the center of the pond where the water ring is.  Left click the mouse.  If you are not happy with the placement of the animation, just hit ctrl + z and repeat the ctrl + e.

Back to psp.

Go to layers, view, all.

Now hide all your layers from the pond down by clicking on the eye of each layer.  

Select all, (this is important as you want it the same size as the background, Edit, copy special, copy merged.

Back to Animation shop.

Edit, paste as new animation, (ctrl + V)

Now we need 16 frames to match the background animation.  

Holding down the ctrl + shift tap the L on your keyboard 15 times.  You should now have 16 frames.  The count is on the lower right of animation shop.

Select all (ctrl + A) and copy (ctrl + C).

Back to the background of your tag.  Select all, (ctrl + A)

Paste into selected frames (same as what we did with Simone's animation) Ctrl + E

It will be handing off of your pointer.  Move it into position.  It should be in the same place as you have it in psp.  Left click the mouse.  If you are not happy with the placement of the animation, just hit ctrl + z and repeat the ctrl + e.

Save as gif.

A box will pop up.  Just click next, next and next.

Let's get started.

Open a new 650x650 transparent image.  We will resize later.

Copy your main tube and paste.  Resize 40%, all layers not checked.  Adjust, sharpness, sharpen and D/S.

Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 20, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and add a new raster layer.  Standing on the new layer, select all, edit paste into selections.  Apply WSL mask 247 and merge group.

Open element 151, copy and close the original.  Select the mask layer and paste as a new layer.  Resize 60% and move down and to the right slightly.

Open element 146, copy and close the original.  Select the mask layer and paste.  Resize 50% and move up to the top of the mask.

Open element 12, copy and close the original.  Select the moon layer and paste.  Resize 70% and move to the top middle.  D/S

Open element 130, copy and close the original.  Select the moon layer and paste.  Resize 30% and mirror.  Move to the far left.  D/S.

Open element 148, copy and close the original.  Select the wave layer and paste.  Resize 60% and move to the bottom center.

Open element 156, copy and close the original.  Select the tube layer and paste.  Resize 50% and move to the bottom center.

Open element 150, copy and close the original.  Select the sand layer and paste.  Resize 50% and move to the bottom left corner, duplicate and mirror.

Open element 142, copy and close the original.  Select the wave layer and paste.  Resize 50% and mirror.  Move to the left so you can see the splash just above the sand layer.

Open element 108, copy and close the original.  Select the sand layer and paste.  Resize 50% and mirror.  Move to the left so the flag is just behind the parrot.  D/S

Open element 80, copy and close the original.  Select the top grass layer and paste.  Resize 35% and move to the bottom left corner.  D/S

Open element 52, copy and close the original.  Select the sand layer and paste. Resize 25% and move to the bottom right so it is peeking out from behind the tube.  D/S

Open element 98, copy and close the original.  Select the sand layer and paste.  Resize 35% and mirror.  Move to the bottom right.  D/S

Open element 99, copy and close the original.  Select the treasure chest layer and paste.  Resize 20% and move to the bottom right just in front of the cannon.  D/S

Open element 117, copy and close the original.  Select the treasure chest layer and paste.  Resize 20% and move to the far bottom right so it peeks out from under the cannon balls.  Duplicate and move up and to the left so it peeks out between the cannon balls and barrel. 

Open element 13, copy and close the original.  Select the ship layer and paste.  Resize 20% and move to the left side close to the mask layer edge.  D/S

Select the splash layer that is covering the boat.  Duplicate, mirror and resize 30% and move it to the left so it is in front of the octopus.

Open element 179, copy and close the original.  Select the sand layer and paste.  Resize 30% and move to the bottom left so it peeks out from behind the treasure chest.  D/S

Open element 177, copy and close the original.  Select the bottom grass layer and paste.  Resize 20% and D/S, move to the bottom right so it peeks out from behind the tube layer just in front of the barrel.  Duplicate, mirror and move to the right so it is under the cannon balls.  Duplicate again and move to the left so it peeks out just to the left of the cannon balls.

Open element 182, copy and close the original.  Select the black leaf layer and paste as a new layer.  Resize 20% and move to the bottom left so it is peeking out from behind the treasure chest.  D/S

Open element 91, copy and close the original.  Select the top grass layer and paste.  Resize 15% and move to the bottom right corner so the left portion of the shell is just under the skull layer.  D/S

Open element 85, copy and close the original.  Select the tube layer and paste.  Resize 15% and D/S.  Move to the bottom so it is under the middle skull.  Duplicate and move under the first skull,  duplciate and move under the last skull.  Repeat duplicate 3 more times and move them under the clump of dead grass.

Open element 47, copy and close the original.  Select the tube layer and paste.  Resize 25% and move to the bottom left so it is just behind the black grass.  D/S

Open element 50, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 15% and move to the bottom right between the second and third skull.  D/S

Open element 42, copy and close the original.  Select the lantern layer and paste.  Resize 15% and move to the bottom right so it is in behind the shell.  D/S

Add any other elements you like.  

Merge visible.

Select the crop tool and then select the merge opaque button and click on the check mark.

Image resize and change the height to 600 pixels.  The width with adjust itself.  All layers checked.  Click ok.

Adjust, sharpen, unsharpen mask, radius 5, strength 10 and clipping 5, luminance only unchecked. click ok.

Add your copyright and name.

Save as png.

Let's get started.

Open a new 650x650 transparent image.

Copy your main tube and paste as a new layer.  Resize 40%, adjust sharpness, sharpen and D/S.

Open frame 20, copy and close the original.   Select raster 2 and paste.  Resize 50%.

Move your tube down slightly.

Using your magic wand, click inside the frame.  (settings are Mode, add shift, Match mode, RGB Value, Tolerance and Feather set to 0, Contiguous and Anti-alias checked).  Selections, modify, expand by 5.

Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 16, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and add a new raster layer.  Standing on the new layer, edit, paste into selections.  Deselect.  D/S the frame.

Open element 97, copy and close the original.  Select the paper layer and paste.  Resize 20% and move to the lower right side.  Change the blend mode to luminance legacy.

Open element 12, copy and close the original.  Select the ship layer and paste.  Resize 20% and move to the upper left corner so the tail is just touching the frame.  D/S.

Open element 11, copy and close the original.  Select the ship layer and paste.  Resize 20% and move in front of the ship.  D/S and change the blend mode to luminance legacy.

Open element 25, copy and close the original.  Select the paper layer and paste.  Resize 20% and move in front of the ship.  D/S and change the blend mode to luminance legacy.  Move to the lower left side by the frame.

Open element 116, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste.  Resize 60% and move to the bottom center.  Duplicate and move up slightly.  Move this layer under the original sand layer.

Open element 155, copy and close the original.  Select the paper layer, select all, float, defloat,  Add a new raster layer and move this layer just under the frame.  With the new layer selected, edit, paste into selections.  Select none.

Open element 21, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  Resize 35% and move to the bottom left side of the frame.  D/S

Open element 63, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  Resize 35% and move to the bottom right of the frame.   D/S

Open element 68, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  Resize 35% and move to the bottom right so it is under the anchor.  D/S

Open element 20, copy and close the original.  Select the bird layer and paste.  Resize 25% and move to the bottom left so he is just behind the tail. D/S  Now I want part of the frog over the tail of the mermaid.  Using your select tool set to rectangle, make a selection like the screen shot below.  


Promote selection to layer,  select the frog layer again and hit delete on your keyboard.  Select none.  Move the promoted layer above the tube layer.

Open element 102, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  Resize 25% and move down to the bottom center of the frame and over to the right slightly.  D/S

Open element 103, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste.  Resize 60% and mirror.  Move to the bottom of the frame so it is just under the sand.  Duplicate, image, mirror and move up so it is peeking out from the top.  Move this layer under the first rock layer.

Open element 109, copy and close the original.  Select the top rock layer that is peeking out from behind the frame.  Paste as a new layer and resize 70%, image, mirror and move to the left so you see it peeking out on the bottom left.  Duplicate and mirror.
Don't worry about the netting not lining up at the top.  We will fix that soon :).

Open element 139, copy and close the original.  Select the top netting layer and paste.  Resize 30% and move to the upper left so it is just covering the top of the net.  Duplicate and mirror.  Duplicate this layer and move the layer just above the frame layer.  Move to the bottom right of the frame.  D/S, duplicate and mirror.

Open element 138, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  Resize 30% and move to the bottom so it is in between the rock layer and other leaf.  D/S, duplicate and mirror.

Open element 119, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  Resize 70% and mirror.  Move to the far right side of the frame.

Open element 131, copy and close the original.  Select the top leaf layer that is under the frame.  Paste and resize 30% and move to the top slightly to the right.  Duplicate and mirror.  Resize this layer 70% and move to the top left beside the other flower.

Now we want to make a cluster out of the flowers we just added.  Select the top flower cluster and merge down.  Repeat the merge down 3x to you have the 2 flower layers and 2 leaf layers in one :).  Duplicate, image free rotate to the left 20 degrees, all layers not checked.  Move down to the left side of the frame.  Use you deform tool to move in slightly to the right.  Move out again to the left a bit.  Duplicate and mirror.  Move both cluster layers under the original cluster layer.

Open element 51, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 25% and move to the bottom right so it is in front of the mermaid's knee.  D/S

Add any other elements you like.

Hide raster 1 and merge visible.  Unhide raster 1.  Select your top layer and resize 90% all layers not checked.

Adjust, sharpen, unsharpen mask, radius 5, strength 10 and clipping 5, Luminance only unchecked. click ok

Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 36, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste.  Apply WSL mask 241 and merge group. 

Image, Resize to 600 pixels with the center selected.  

Add your copyright and name.

Save as png.

Tolerance and Feather set to 0.  Click inside the frame. Selections, modify, expand by 5.  Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 7, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and add a new layer, Edit, paste into selections.  Do not deselect.  Open element 15, copy and close the original.  Select the paper layer and add a new raster layer.  Edit, paste into selection.  Select none.  D/S the word art and frame.  Move your tube slightly down a bit so it looks like she is sitting on it.

Open element 16, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  Resize 15% and move to the bottom right corner of the frame.  D/S

Open element 5, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  Resize 40% and again by 90%, mirror.  Move to the bottom right side of the frame.  D/S

Open element 2, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  Resize 35% and move to the bottom left corner of the frame.

Open element 20, copy and close the original.  Select the grinder layer and paste.  Resize 20% and move to the bottom left corner.  D/S

Open element 19, copy and close the original.  Select the coffee sign layer and paste.  Resize 15% and move to the bottom right so it is under the tubes leg and right beside the C in the sign.  D/S, duplicate and mirror.

Open element 13, copy and close the original.  Select the coffee bean layer and paste.  Resize 25% and move to the upper right corner of the frame.  D/S

Open element 17, copy and close the original.  Select the coffee been layer and paste.  Resize 30% and move under the coffee badge on the top right corner.

Open element 23, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste. Resize 70% and move to the far right.  Duplicate and mirror.

Open element 21, copy and close the original.  Select the coffee sign layer and paste.  Resize 20% and move to the bottom left in front of the grinder and slightly covering the bottom of the cup.  D/S, duplicate and mirror.  Move the duplicate slightly to the left.

Open element 26, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  Resize 70% and move to the far left of the frame.  D/S

Open element 24, copy and close the original.  Select the top leaf layer and paste.  Resize 60% and move to the top so it is peeking out from the top of the frame.

Open element 6, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 25% and move to the bottom center so it covers your tubes feet.  D/S

Open element 3, copy and close the original.  Select the tube layer and paste.  Resize 35% and move to the bottom center  so the saucer lines up with the bottom of the word art.

Open element 4, copy and close the original.  Select the cup layer and paste.  Resize 10% and move to the left so it peeks out from behind the C.  Duplicate and mirror.  Duplicate and use your deform tool to turn it 90 degrees.  Move under the F and E.  Duplicate this layer and move under the C and A.

Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 10, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1, Select all, Edit paste into selections.  Select none.  Apply WSL mask 241 and merge group.  Adjust, add/remove noise, add noise, Uniform, Noise 15% and Monochrome checked.  Click ok.

Image, resize by 600 pixels, all layers checked.  Click ok.

Add your copyright and name.

Save as png.

This was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP.

Please keep in mind that I write the tutorial as I am creating it.

Sometimes I may not explain properly where to place things so please see my example if you are ever in doubt :)

Supplies needed

I am using PSP X8 but this tutorial should work with any version.

PTU Tube:  I am using a gorgeous Anna Liwanag's mermaid tube.  This was a May 2015 bonus tube and is not available for purchase but you can purchase her tubes at CDO here.

PTU Kit:  I am using absolutely gorgeous kit call "Part of Your World created by ChocUkDesigns.  This kit can be purchased at Digi Diva's Store here.

Mask: WSL Mask 255.  You can download it from Weescotslass Creations here.

Font of choice for your name.

Plug in: None

I am using a drop shadow (D/S) of V/H 2, Opacity 50, blur 5, color black throughout the tutorial unless otherwise stated.

Let's get started.

Open a new 650x650 transparent image.

Open element 15, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 85%, all layers not checked.  Using your magic wand, setting:  Mode - Add (Shift), Match Mode - RGB Value, Contiguous and Anti-Alias checked. Tolerance and Feather set to 0.  Click inside the frame.  Selections, modify, expand by 5.  Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 10, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and add a new layer.  Select all and paste into selections.  Selections, invert and standing on the paper layer hit delete on your keyboard.  Select none.

Copy your tube and select the frame layer.  Paste as a new layer and resize 70% all layers not checked move down slightly and D/S

Open element 63, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste.  Move to the bottom left so it looks like the mermaid is laying on it, duplicate and mirror.

Open element 177, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  Duplicate and move slightly to the right and down.

Open element 104, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  D/S.  Using your magic wand (same settings as above), click inside your frame.  Selections, invert.  Select the whale layer and using your eraser tool, erase the whale's tail that is sticking out from the frame.  Select none.  **Note**You may need to hide your tube layer so you can see the entire tail.  Select none.

Open element 184, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  Resize 50% and move to the bottom left corner of the frame.  Duplicate and mirror.

Open element 205, copy and close the original.  Select the mermaid layer and paste.  Resize 50% and move to the bottom so the turtle is  in front of her hips.  D/S

Open element 204, copy and close the original. Select the whale layer and paste.  Resize 40% and move to the bottom center.  D/S

Open element 202, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  Move to the left side of the frame.  D/S, duplicate and mirror.

Open element 173, copy and close the original.  Select the center rock layer and paste.  Resize 40% and move down to the right side of the rock, duplicate and move slightly to the left.

Open element 176, copy and close the original.  Select the seaweed layer and paste.  Resize 50% and move to the right side of the frame.

Open element 149, copy and close the original.  Select the paper layer and paste.  Resize 30% and mirror.  Move to the upper right corner and D/S.

Open element 102, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  D/S

Open element 21, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.

Open element 31, copy and close the original.  Select the top rock layer and paste.  Resize 15% and move to the bottom left corner of the rock so it covers the gravel.  D/S, duplicate and mirror.

Open element 35, copy and close the original.  Select the top shell layer and paste.  Resize 15% and move to the bottom left in front of the first shell.  D/S, duplicate and mirror.

Open element 153, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste.  Move up and to the left side.  Duplicate and mirror.

Open element 181, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste.  Move up so it is peeking out from under the frame.

Open element 164, copy and close the original.  Select the mermaid layer and paste.  Resize 15% and mirror.  Move down and almost center, between the turtle and mermaid.  It should be just behind the turtle's flipper.  D/S

Select raster 1 and add a new raster layer.  Select all.

Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 12, copy and close the original.  Select your new raster layer, Edit, paste into selection.  Select none.  Apply WSL Mask 255 and merge group.

Open element 109, copy and close the original.  Select the mask layer and paste.  Move this up to the top so you see the bubbles in the mask area.

Now time to resize.  Select your crop tool and click on the merge opaque button.  Click ok

Image, resize and change the width to 600 pixels, the height will adjust itself.  All layers checked.  Click ok.

Add your copyright and name.  Save as PNG
