Move your mouse to the far left until you see the cog line up with the hair just below the jaw line.  Click.

Back to psp,  Copy your to layer.  Back to animation shop.  Paste as a new layer, Ctrl + v, and then duplicate this layer until you have 20 frames.  Shift + Ctrl and tap the L until you have the 20 frames.

Now here comes the hard part.  Select all, Ctrl + A, Copy, Ctrl + C.  select your mask layer and paste into selections, Ctrl + E.  Click.  This should line up perfectly if it does not, hit Ctrl + z and repeat until the elements layer lines up proper.  It may take a few tries.

View your animation and save as gif.
