Plug ins:  Mura Meister Cloud, AAA frames, foto frame.

I am using a drop shadow of V/H 3, Opacity 50, blur 5, color black through out the tutorial unless otherwise stated.

Let's get started.

Open a new 815x300 transparent image.

Select all and add a new raster layer.

Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 10.  Copy and edit, paste into selection.

Effects, mura meister, cloud.  Using default settings but change the light to white, FG #6acbef, BG White click ok.  Select none.

Copy your tube and paste as a new layer.  If you are using the same tube as I am, mirror and move to the left side.  Change your blend mode to luminance legacy and lower the opacity to 50.

Paste your tube again. Resize 40% and move to the right side and drop shadow.

Open element 32, copy and close the original.  Select the paper layer and paste.  Resize 40% and move to the upper right side.  Duplicate and move to the left slightly and down.  See mine for placement.

Open element 39, copy and close the original.  Select the paper layer and paste.  Move to the right side.  See mine for placement.

Open element 38, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%,  Image, free rotate to the left 20 degrees.  Move to the upper right.  See mine for placement.  Drop shadow.

Open element 27, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 40% and move to the bottom left corner.  Drop shadow.  Duplicate and mirror.

Open element 14, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 40% and move to the bottom left so it overlaps the first flower.  Drop shadow, duplicate and mirror.

Open element 13, copy and close the original.  Select the close up layer and paste.  Move to the bottom and to the left slightly.  Drop shadow.

Open element 18, copy and close the original.  Select the vine layer and paste.  Resize 20% and move to the bottom right so it is peaking out from the tube knees.  Drop shadow.

Open element 40, copy and close the original.  Select the nest layer and paste.  Resize 20% and move down so it is sitting on the left side of the nest.  Drop shadow.

Open element 34, copy and close the original.  Select the left rose layer and paste.  Resize 20% and mirror.  Move this so it is peaking out from behind the flowers.  Drop shadow.

Open element 25, copy and close the original.  Select the bird layer and paste.  Move it to your liking.

Open element 29, copy and close the original.  Select the vine layer and paste.  Resize 40% and move to the bottom center.  Drop shadow.

Add any other elements you like.

Merge visible.

Shift + D to duplicate as we will use this for the avatar.  Minimize for now.

Back to the original.  Effects, AAA frames, foto frames default settings but change the width to 5.  click ok.

Select all, modify, select selections boarder Width 5, both sides selected anti-alias checked.  Click ok.

Adjust, add remove noise, add noise, Gaussian selected, noise 75 monochrome checked.  click ok.  Select none.

Add your copyright and name.  Save as png. Remember not to add the url as it is against Facebook's TOUs.

Close the banner.  Maximize the duplicate banner.

Resize 70% and then crop to a width and height of 180.  Move the crop box to a spot you like best and hit the green check mark or hit enter on the keyboard.

Repeat the steps for the frame but change the width to 3.  Add your copyright and name.
