PTU:: Fae Play


This tutorial was written by me on January 6, 2015 and are the results of my own imagination.  Any resemblance to another tutorial is purely coincidental.

This was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP.

Please keep in mind that I write the tutorial as I am creating it.

Supplies needed

I am using PSP X4 but this tutorial should work with any version.

PTU Tube:  I am using the gorgous artwork of Zlata M.  Please do not 
use this tubes without a proper licence.  You can purchase this 
beauty here.  

PTU Kit:  I am using Where The Fae Play by Mellie Beans.  You can purchase this gorgeous kit at PFD here.

Mask:  WSL Mask 117.  You can download it from Weescotslass's blog here.

Font: Fairydust

I am using a drop shadow of V/H 3, Opacity 50, blur 5, color black through out the tutorial unless otherwise stated.

Let's get started.

Open a new 600x600 transparent image.

Open your tube, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 60% and move to the bottom.  Drop shadow.

Open element 43, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 70% and move under your tube so it looks like she is laying on it.  See mine for placement.

Open element 20, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste.  Resize 60% and move to the bottom.  See mine for placement.

Open element 37, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste.  Resize 40% and move to the left side.  See mine for placement.  Drop shadow.  Duplicate and mirror.

Open element 46, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste.  Resize 50% and move to the left.  See mine for placement.

Open element 10, copy and close the original.  Select the grass layer and paste.  Resize 15% and move to the bottom left beside the tubes elbow.  Duplicate and mirror.  See mine for placement.

Open element 16, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 15% and move down to it loos like the flippers are on your tubes elbow.  Drop shadow.  See mine for placement.

Open element 21, copy and close the original.  Select the flower layer and paste.  Resize 70% and leave it in place.

Open element 47, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste.  Resize 40% and move to the bottom right.  See mine for  placement.

Open element 17, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 15% and move to the top left so it looks like it is sitting on the bean stalk.  Drop shadow.  See mine for placement.

Open paper 2, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste.  Apply WSL mask 117 and merge group.

Open element element 49, copy and close the original.  Select the mask layer.  Select all, float, defloat and edit, paste into selections.  Select none.

Add your copyright and name.  Save as png.
