I am using PSP X4 but this tutorial should work with any version.

PTU Tube:  I am using the fantastic artwork of Alex Prihodko.
Please do not use this artwork without a  proper license.  You can purchase this at PFD.

PTU scrap kit:  I am using Frosty Morning (TS) by Baby Cakes Scraps.  Thank you for creating this fantastic kit.  You can view it at her blog here or purchase it a her store here

Mask:  I am using WSL mask 117.  You can get it at Weescotlass Creations here.

Open a new 600x600 transparent image.

Copy your tube and paste as a new layer.  Resize 40% and drop shadow.

Open element 20, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste.  Resize 60%.  Using your magic wand, click inside the frame.  Selections, modify, expand by 15.  Open paper of choice.  I am using  paper 10, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  Selections, invert and hit delete on your keyboard.  Do not deselect.  Copy your tube and paste as a new layer.  Move so her face is showing in the center.  Standing on the tube layer hit delete.  Change the blend mode to overlay or a blend mode of choice.  Select none and drop shadow the frame.

Open element 15, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste.  Resize 90% and drop shadow.

Open element 81, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20% and move to the bottom left in front of your tubes leg.  Drop shadow.

Open element 68, copy and close the original.  Select raster1 and paste.  Resize 50% and move to the bottom so it looks like your tube is laying on it.  Duplicate and flip.  Move to the bottom right.  See mine for placement.

Open element 74, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  Resize 40% and again by 60%.  Move to the bottom left corner.  Duplicate and mirror.

Open element 51, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  Resize 40% and again by 70%.  Move to the top center of the frame.

Open element 55, copy and close the original.  select the top leaf layer and paste.  Resize 30% and move to the bottom left.  See mine for placement.  Drop Shadow, duplicate and mirror.

Open element 57, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  Resize 60% and move to the left side.  See mine for placement.  Drop shadow.

Open element 47, copy and close the original.  Select the tube layer and paste.  Resize 20% and move to the bottom just right of the candle.  See mine for placement.  Drop shadow.

Open element 48, copy and close the original.  Select the top flower layer (under the tube) and paste.  Resize 20% and move to the bottom center so it is peaking out from behind your tube.  Drop shadow.

Open element 19, copy and close the original.  Select the top flower layer and paste.  Resize 50% and mirror.  Move to the bottom right.  See mine for placement.

Open paper of choice.  I am  using paper 9.  Copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 paste as a new layer.  Apply mask and merge group.
