This tutorial was written using the supplies above.  If you are using a different tube or scrap kit you may need to make adjustments.  I am using a drop shadow of V/H 2 Opacity 50, blur 5, color black through out the tutorial unless otherwise state.

Open a new 600x250 transparent image.

Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 2, copy and close the original.  Add a new raster layer, Select all, edit, paste into selection.  Keep selected and add a new raster layer.

Open wordart.  Copy and close the original.  Standing on your new raster layer, paste into selections.  Select none.

Open element 18, copy and close the original.  Select the paper layer and paste.  Move to the right so the left side of the curtain is in the middle.  Duplicate and mirror.

Copy your tube, select the top layer and paste.  Resize 80% and move her down slightly.  Drop shadow.

Open element 16, copy and close the original.  Select the paper layer and paste.  Move down slightly.

Open element 24, copy and close the original.  Select the top curtain layer and paste.  Resize 60% and move to the far left side.  Duplicate and mirror.  See mine for placement.

Open element 17, copy and close the original.  Select the top curtain layer and paste.  Resize 60% and move to the bottom right.  See mine for placement.

Select your top layer, add a new raster layer.  Select all, Image, crop to selection.  Select all again.  Selections, modify, select selections to borders both sides, anti-alias checked border width 5.  Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 4, copy and close the original.  Edit, paste into selections.  Keep selected.  Adjust, add remove noise, Gaussian, monochrome checked 50%.  Drop shadow the frame and bring your tube to the top.

Duplicate your banner shift + D and minimize the duplicate for now.

Add your name and copyright to the original.

Save as png.

Maximize the duplicate banner.  Delete the frame layer.  Resize 80% all layers checked.  Select your crop tool and crop to a width and height of 150.  Move the crop box to a spot you like and hit enter on your keyboard.  Merge visible.  Add a new raster layer.  Select all, selections, modify, select selections to borders both sides, anti-alias checked border width 3.  Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 4, copy and close the original.  Edit, paste into selections.  Keep selected.  Adjust, add remove noise, Gaussian, monochrome checked 50%.

Add your name and copyright.  Save as png.

I hope you enjoyed my tutorial.  I would love to see your results.

Hugs,

Gwils
