This tutorial was written using the supplies above.  If you are using a different tube or scrap kit you may need to make adjustments.  I am using a drop shadow of V/H 2 Opacity 50, blur 5, color black through out the tutorial unless otherwise state.

Open a new 600x600 transparent image.

Open frame 1, copy and close the original. Paste as a new layer.

Using your magic wand, click inside the frame.  Selections, modify, expand by 5.  Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 6, copy and paste as a new layer.

Copy your close up tube and paste as a new layer. Move into a spot you like best.  I moved mine to the far left so you can see her face.  Selections, invert and hit delete on your keyboard.  Select none.  Move the paper and close up under the frame.  Duplicate your close up and mirror.  Merge down the two tube layers and change the blend mode to soft light.  Drop shadow the frame.

Copy your main tube.  Select the top layer and paste.  Drop shadow.

Open element 2, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste.  Move this to the top so it shows above the frame. Duplicate and move this layer above the frame layer.  Resize 90% and drop shadow.

Open element 7, copy and close the original.  Select the flying crow layer and paste.  Move to the bottom left (the bottom of the frame should be in the middle of the candles), Duplicate and mirror.

Open element 11, copy and close the original.  select the frame layer and paste.  Move to the far left.  Duplicate and mirror.

Open element 8, copy and close the original.  Select the top curtain layer and paste.  Resize 70%, all layers not checked and move to the top right corner of the frame.  Drop shadow.

Open element 13, copy and close the original.  Select the top candle layer and paste.  Resize 85% and move to the bottom left corner.

Duplicate and mirror.

Open element 14, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 50% all layers not checked.  Move to the bottom left corner right by the tubes hand.  Duplicate and mirror.

Duplicate your top black rose and bring this layer to the top.  Resize 50% and move to the bottom right middle so it just overlaps the purple rose.  Duplicate and mirror.

Open element 6, copy and close the original.  Select the tube layer and paste.  Move to the far bottom right.  See mine for placement.

Open element 3, copy and close the original.  Select the cat layer and paste.  Resize 80% all layers not checked and move to the upper left corner of the frame.

Open element 17, copy and close the original.  Select the ribbon layer and paste.  Resize 50% and again by 70%.  Move this layer to the top right under the cat.  See mine for placement.

Open element 20, copy and close the original.  Select the top curtain layer and paste.  Resize 70% and move to the middle of the frame.  See mine for placement.

Select raster 1, copy paper of choice.  I am using paper 2, paste as a new layer and apply mask.
