PTU: Spooky Xmas


This tutorial was written by me on October 28, 2013 and are the result of my own imagination. Any resemblance to another tutorial is purely coincidental.

This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies needed

I am using PSP X4 but this tutorial should work with any version.

PTU Tube:  I am using the gorgeous artwork of Spazzd Art.   Please do not use her artwork without a  proper license.  You can purchase this beautiful tube at Spazzdart here.  

PTU scrap kit:  I am using a gorgeous kit called Franky which is the matching kit to Spazzd art's Franky Tube. This kit was created by Sassi Designs.  You can purchase this at Spazzdart here.

Mask:  WSL_Mask_302.  You can get it from Weescotslass Creations here

My word art here.  Right click and save as.


This tutorial was written using the supplies above.  If you are using a different tube or scrap kit you may need to make adjustments.  I am using a drop shadow of V/H 2 Opacity 50, blur 5, color black through out the tutorial unless otherwise state.

Open a new 600x600 transparent image.

I am going to be working from the mask up.

Open paper of choice, I am using paper 2, copy and close the original.  Paste as a new layer and apply mask.  Merge group.

Open element 91, copy and close the original.  Resize 60%. Move it up a bit.  See mine for placement.  Drop shadow V/H 2, Opacity 50, Blur 5, color #811326.  Repeat Drop shadow but change the V/H to -2.

Open element 22, copy and close the original.  Select the house layer and paste.  Resize 40% and move to the far right.  The branches should be on the blue part of the mask.  See mine for placement.

Open element 99, copy and close the original. Paste as a new layer.   Resize 40% and move to the far right just over the tree.  See mine for placement.

Open element 89, copy and close the original. Paste as a new layer and resize 40% and move to the far left so it covers the bottom of the lamp.  See mine for placement.

Open element 73, copy and close the original.  Paste as a new layer and resize 60% and move to the bottom.  It should be covering one part of the limo's headlight.  See mine for placement

Open element 100, copy and close the original.  Paste as a new layer and move to the far left so it covers part of the fence.  See mine for placement.

Open element 72, copy and close the original.  Paste as a new layer and resize 60%.  Move to the bottom and move to the right.  The end skull should be covering the bottom of the fence.

Open element 34, copy and close the original.  Paste as a new layer and resize 20% move to the bottom 1/2 way covering the xmas tree.

Open element 5, copy and close the original.  Paste as a new layer and resize 20% and move to the top of the trunks so it looks like it is laying on it.  Drop shadow.  Remember to change the color back to black.

Open your tube and paste as a new layer.  Resize 20% and move to the center of the tag.  See mine for placement.  Drop shadow.

Open element 7, copy and close the original.  Paste as a new layer and resize 40% and mirror.  Move to the bottom right just in front of the skull.  See mine for placement.  Drop shadow.

Open my word art and paste as a new layer.  Move to the bottom covering the trunk and tube.  Drop shadow. 

Add your copyright and name.  Save as png.

PTU: Splish Splash Forum Set

Open a new 600x250 transparent image.

Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 2, copy and close the original.  Add a new raster layer, Select all, edit, paste into selection.  Keep selected and add a new raster layer.  

Open wordart.  Copy and close the original.  Standing on your new raster layer, paste into selections.  Select none.

Open element 18, copy and close the original.  Select the paper layer and paste.  Move to the right so the left side of the curtain is in the middle.  Duplicate and mirror. 

Copy your tube, select the top layer and paste.  Resize 80% and move her down slightly.  Drop shadow.

Open element 16, copy and close the original.  Select the paper layer and paste.  Move down slightly.

Open element 24, copy and close the original.  Select the top curtain layer and paste.  Resize 60% and move to the far left side.  Duplicate and mirror.  See mine for placement.

Open element 17, copy and close the original.  Select the top curtain layer and paste.  Resize 60% and move to the bottom right.  See mine for placement.

Select your top layer, add a new raster layer.  Select all, Image, crop to selection.  Select all again.  Selections, modify, select selections to borders both sides, anti-alias checked border width 5.  Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 4, copy and close the original.  Edit, paste into selections.  Keep selected.  Adjust, add remove noise, Gaussian, monochrome checked 50%.  Drop shadow the frame and bring your tube to the top.

Duplicate your banner shift + D and minimize the duplicate for now.

Add your name and copyright to the original.

Save as png.

Maximize the duplicate banner.  Delete the frame layer.  Resize 80% all layers checked.  Select your crop tool and crop to a width and height of 150.  Move the crop box to a spot you like and hit enter on your keyboard.  Merge visible.  Add a new raster layer.  Select all, selections, modify, select selections to borders both sides, anti-alias checked border width 3.  Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 4, copy and close the original.  Edit, paste into selections.  Keep selected.  Adjust, add remove noise, Gaussian, monochrome checked 50%.

Add your name and copyright.  Save as png.

PTU: Breath of Autumn

Open a new 600x600 transparent image.

Open element 35, copy and close the original.  Using your magic wand, click inside the frame.  Selections, modify, expand by 5.  Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 1, copy and close the original.  Paste as a new layer.  Selections, invert and hit delete on your keyboard.  Select none.  Move the paper layer under the frame and drop shadow the frame.

Open element 21, copy and close the original.  Select the paper layer and paste.  Move to the left.  Using your eraser tool, erase any part that is sticking out from the frame.

Copy your tube, Select the top layer and paste.  Move down slightly and drop shadow.

Open element 26, copy and close the orginal.  Select the frame layer adn paste.  move to the left side of the frame.  See mine for placement.

Open element 29, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  Resize 80% and move to the right side of the frame.  Using the eraser tool, erase the bottom portion of the tree.

Open element 22, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 70% and move to the right so it looks like it is sitting on the tree.  Drop shadow.  See mine for placement.

Open element 28, copy and close the original.  Select the lamp layer and paste.  Resize 60% and move ot the upper left corner.  See mine for placement.  Drop shadow.

Open element 30, copy and close the original.  Select the old tree layer and paste.  Resize 80% and move to the bottom.  Duplicate and mirror.

Open element 7, copy and close the original.  Select the top leaf layer and paste.  Move to the left middle. See mine for placement.  Duplicate and mirror.

Open element 20, copy and close the original.  Select your tube layer and paste.  Resize 80% and move to the bottom right corner.  See mine for placement.  Duplciate and mirror.

Open Element 27, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Move to the bottom and apply eyecandy Gradient glow Basic tab.  Width set to 5, color tab, change to #703c0c.  Repeat gradient glow but change the color to #bbab82.

Open element 11, copy and close the original.  Select the top pumpkin layer and paste.  Move to the bottom center.

Select raster 1 and hide it.  Merge visable and resize 90% all layers not checked.  

Select raster 1 and open paper of choice.  I am using paper 2, paste as a new layer and apply mask.  Merge group.  Duplicate and merge down.

Add your name and copyright.

Drop shadow the frame.

Copy and paste your main tube and drop shadow.

Open element 30, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Move to the bottom.

Open element 21, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  Move to the bottom of the frame.  Drop shadow.

Open element 1, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  Move to the top of the frame.

Open element 22, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  Move to the middle left side of the frame.  Duplciate and mirror.

Open element 31, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  Resize 60% and move to the left side of the frame.  Duplicate and mirror.  See mine for placement.

Open element 17, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste.  Move to the top left corner so it peaks out from behind the frame.  Duplicate and mirror.  Duplicate the mirror layer and move to the left middle.  Duplicate this layer and mirror.  Merge down each of the flower layers.  Duplicate the merged layer and flip.  Duplicate this layer.  Image free rotate to the right 90 degrees, Move this to the right side.  Duplicate one more time and mirror.

Open element 15, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Move to the bottom middle.  Add gradient glow..Size 5, color select medium and click ok.  

Open element 13, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 60%, flip and move to the bottom left just under the E.  See mine for placement.  Drop shadow.

Open element 29, copy and close the original.  Select your tube layer and paste.  Resize 50% and move to the bottom right.  Right beside the D.  See mine for placement.  Duplicate and mirror.

Open element 7, copy and close the original.  Select the merged flower layer and paste.  Resize 50% and move to the right middle.  Duplicate and mirror.

Open element 10, copy and close the original.  Select the top grass layer and paste.  Resize 50% and move to the bottom under the TED in enchanted.  Drop shadow.

Hide raster 1 and merge visable.  Resize 90% all layers not checked.  Unhide Raster 1.

Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 4, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste as a new layer.  Apply WSL mask 307 and merge group.

Add your name and copyright.

Animation Shop.

This tutorial was written using the supplies above.  If you are using a different tube or scrap kit you may need to make adjustments.  I am using a drop shadow of V/H 2 Opacity 50, blur 5, color black through out the tutorial unless otherwise state.

Open a new 600x600 transparent image.

Open frame 1, copy and close the original.  Paste as a new layer.  Using your magic wand, click inside the frame.  Selections,modify, expand by 5.  Open paper 2, copy and paste as a new layer.  Selections, invert and hit delete on your keyboard.  Selection, invert, contract by 5.  Copy and paste your tube.  Selections, invert,  While standing on the tube layer, carefully erase the back legs only.  Select none.  Drop shadow the frame and tube.  Select the frame layer, adjust, add/remove noise, add noise 30%, monochrome checked, Gaussian selected.

Open element 3, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  Move to the far right.  Duplicate and mirror.

Open element 5, copy and close the original.  Select the leaf layer and paste.  Move to the bottom middle.

Open element 16, copy and close the original.  Select the wing layer and paste.  Image, free rotate, to the right 90 degrees and move to the bottom.  Drop shadow.

Open element 10, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 60% and move to the bottom in the middle of the wings.  Drop shadow.

open elements 1, copy and close the original.  Select the top leaf layer and paste.  Resize 60% and move to the mid left side just under the wing.  See mine for placement. Drop shadow.  Duplicate and mirror. 

Open element 2, copy and close the original.  Select the top leaf layer and paste.  Resize 60% and move to the left upper middle of the frame.  See mine for placement.  Drop shadow.  Duplicate and mirror.

Open element 12, copy and close the original.  Select the top leaf layer and paste.  resize 60% and move to the upper left side.  See mine for placement.

Open element 18, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 50% and move to the upper left side.  See mine for placement.

Open element 13, copy and close the original.  Select the wing layer and paste.  Resize 80% and move to the bottom center.  Duplicate and flip. Merge down.

Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 2, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste.  Apply mask and merge group.  Duplicate and mirror.

Select raster 1 and flood fill white if you are going to animate. Add your name and copyright.  If you are not animating, skip the flood fill with white and save as png.

Animation

Select the gem scatter layer.  Effects, eyecandy 4000, HSB Noise, default settings.  Click ok.  Edit, copy special, copy merged and Paste in Animation Shop as new animation (ctrl+V).

Back to psp.  Ctrl + z to undo the HSB Noise.  Apply HSB Noise again but hit random seed.  Edit copy special, copy merged and paste after current frame in animation shop.  Ctrl + shift + L.

Repeat the last step.

You should have 3 frames in animation shop.

Select all, Animation, frame properties,  Change the display to 20.  View your animation and save.

This tutorial was written using the supplies above.  If you are using a different tube or scrap kit you may need to make adjustments.  I am using a drop shadow of V/H 2 Opacity 50, blur 5, color black through out the tutorial unless otherwise state.

Open a new 600x600 transparent image.

Open frame 1, copy and close the original.  Paste as a new layer.  Using your magic wand, click inside the frame.  Selections, modify, expand by 5.  Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 2, copy and paste as a new layer.  Selections, invert and hit delete on your keyboard.  Select none.  Move the paper under the frame.  Drop shadow the frame.

Copy your main tube, paste as a new layer and drop shadow.

Open element 20, copy and close the original.  Select the paper layer and paste.  Add a drop shadow but change the color to white.  Using the eraser tool, while still standing on the web layer, erase any parts that are sticking out from the frame.

Open element 10, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 70% and move to the bottom center.  Drop shadow (remember to change the color back to black).

Open element 19, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  Move to the left side and drop shadow.  See mine for placement.

Open element 14, copy and close the original.  Select the tree layer and paste.  Resize 60% and move down and to the left.  See mine for placement.

Open element 12, copy and close the original.  Select your tube layer and paste.  Resize 50% and move to the bottom right corner of the frame.  Duplicate and mirror.  Duplicate the original rose again and move to the bottom center.  See mine for placement.

Open element 13, copy and close the original.  Select the bottom rose layer and paste.  Resize 50% and move to the bottom right.  Duplicate and mirror.  Bring this layer above the left rose layer.  See mine for placement.

Open element 1, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  Mirror and resize 50%.  Move the bats to the upper left corner and drop shadow.  See mine for placement.

Open element 6, copy and close the original.  Select the ghost layer and paste.  Resize 50% and move to the bottom right.  It should be peaking out from behind the roses.  

Open element 5, copy and close the original.  Select the ghost layer and paste.  Resize 50% and move to the bottom right corner and drop shadow.  See mine for placement.

Open element 2, copy and close the original.  Select the ghost layer and paste.  Resize 60% and move to the right middle side of the frame.  See mine for placement.

Open wordart 2, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Drop shadow but change the color to white.  Repeat drop shadow but change the V/H to -2.

Open element 17, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 50% and move to the bottom so it looks like it is crawling on the wordart and pumpkin.  Drop shadow.  See mine for placement.

Select raster 1 and open paper of choice.  I am using paper 1, copy and close the original.  Paste and apply mask.  Merge group.

Add your copyright and name.

Save as png.

PTU: Mystical & Magical

This tutorial was written using the supplies above.  If you are using a different tube or scrap kit you may need to make adjustments.  I am using a drop shadow of V/H 2 Opacity 50, blur 5, color black through out the tutorial unless otherwise state.

Open a new 600x600 transparent image.

Open element 16, copy and close the original.  Paste as a new Layer,  Select your magic wand and click inside the frame.  Selections, modify, expand by 5.  Open paper of choice and paste.  I am using paper 1, Selections invert, and hit delete on your keyboard.  Select none.

Click inside the frame with the magic wand and paste your tube.  Resize the tube by 80% and move into a spot you like.  Selections, invert and hit delete on your keyboard.  Select none.  Move the tube under the frame.  Hide raster 1 and merge visable.  Resize 80%, image free rotate right 15 degrees.  Drop shadow.

Select your top layer and paste your second tube.  Mirror and move to the left side.  Move the other frame tube to the right.  Drop shadow.  See mine for placement.

Open element 30, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste.  Resize 90% and move up and to the left slightly.  See mine for placement.

Open element 24, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste,  Move slightly down and to the left.  See mine for placement.

Open element 6, copy and close the original.  Select the glitter layer and paste.  Move to the bottom right of the main tube so it is peaking out.  Duplicate and move the the middle left of the tube.  See mine for placement.

Open element 7, copy and close the original.  Select the glitter layer and paste.  Move to the bottom right so it is partically tucked behind the teal flower.  Duplicate and mirror.  Move slighly to the left.

Open element 22, copy and close the original.  Select the glitter layer and paste.  Duplicate and mirror, move slightly down. Drop shadow both layers.

Open element 4, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 90% and move to the bottom center.  Drop shadow.  See mine for placement.

Open element 5, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste.  Move to the upper left corner.  Duplciate and mirror.

Open element 31, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 90% and move to the bottom.

Open element 1, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 60% and again by 80%.  Move to the bottom right of the word art.  I placed mine so it looks like he is sitting on the t in Mystical.  Drop shadow.

Open element 13, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 50%.  Using the deform tool, I tilted mine slightly to the right.  Drop shadow.  See mine for placement.

Select raster 1, copy paper of choice.  I am using paper 3, copy and close the original.  Apply your mask and merge group.

Add your name and copyright.

PTU: Red Haired Beauty

Plug ins: AAA frames, Foto frame.

This tutorial was written using the supplies above.  If you are using a different tube or scrap kit you may need to make adjustments.  I am using a drop shadow of V/H 2 Opacity 50, blur 5, color black through out the tutorial unless otherwise state.

Open a new 815x315 transparent image.

Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 5, copy and close the original.  Add a new raster layer, Select all, edit, paste into selection.  Keep selected.

Open paper 2, copy and close the original.  Add a new raster layer and paste into selections.  Adjust blur, motion blur angle 135.00 strength 100.  Change the blend mode to soft light.Select none.

Copy your tube and paste.  Resize 80% all layers not checked.  Drop shadow.

Open element 19, copy and close the original.  Select the ribbon layer and paste.  Move towards the bottom and drop shadow.

Open element 18, copy and close the original.  Select the top paper layer and paste.  Move down towards the bottom and drop shadow.

Open element 7, copy and close the original.  Select the top paper layer and paste.  Image, free rotate to the left 20 degrees and move to the far upper right side.  See mine for placement.  Duplicate and mirror.

Open element 20, copy and close the original. Select the top paper layer and paste.  Move to the right side, duplicate and mirror.

Open element 25, copy and close the original.  Select the bottom ribbon layer and paste.  Move to the far bottom left.  Duplicate and mirror.

Open element 21, copy and close the original.  Select the top dots layer and paste.

Merge visable and duplicate your banner (shift + D).  Minimize the duplicate for now as we will use this for the Avatar.

Effects, AAA Frames, Foto frames, Change the width to 10 everything else stays the same.  Select all, Modify, contract by 10.  Right click your layer and promote layer.  Select none.  Select the bottom layer and apply blur, Gaussian blur of of 20.  Adjust, add/remove noise, random, 60%, monochrome checked.

Add your name and copyright.

Save as png.

Maximize the duplicate banner.  Resize 80% all layers checked.  Select your crop tool and crop to a width and height of 180.  Move the crop box to a spot you like and hit enter on your keyboard.
Effects, AAA Frames, Foto Frames. Change the width to 6 everything else stays the same.  Select all, Modify, contract by 6.  Right click your layer and promote layer.  Select none.  Select the bottom layer and apply blur, Gaussian blur of of 20.  Adjust, add/remove noise, random, 60%, monochrome checked.

Add your name and copyright.  Save as png.

PTU: Just Howl


This tutorial was written by me on October 11, 2013 and are the result of my own imagination. Any resemblance to another tutorial is purely coincidental.

This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of  PSP.

Supplies needed

I am using PSP X4 but this tutorial should work with any version.

PTU Tube:  I am using the fantastic artwork of Concetta Kilmer.  Please do not use this artwork without a  proper license.   You can purchase this awesome tube at CDO here.  

PTU scrap kit:  I am using an awesome kit called  Forever Twilight by Schnegge Scraps.  Thank you for creating this gorgeous kit.  You can purchase this fantastic kit at CDO here.

Open a new 600x600 transparent image.

Open frame 5, copy and paste as a new layer.  Using your magic wand, click inside the frame.  Selections, modify, expand by 5.  Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 8, copy and close the original.  Paste as a new layer. Using your move tool, move the paper into a spot you like best.  Selections, invert and hit delete on your keyboard.  Select none.  Drop shadow the frame.

Copy your tube and paste as a new layer.  Resize 80% and line up the bottom with the bottom center of the frame (top edge).  Don't worry about it showing as we will be covering this up with elements.  Drop shadow your tube.

Open branch 3, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 70% and move this to the bottom left corner, the leaves should be sticking out on the side a bit.  See mine for placement.  Duplicate and mirror.

Open lamp, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  Resize 70% and move to the upper left corner.  See mine for placement.

Open mushroom 1, copy and close the original.  Select the bottom branch layer and paste.  Resize 50% and move to the bottom left corner.  Duplicate and mirror.  Move this slightly to the right.

Open flower 2, copy and close the original.  Select raster layer and paste.  Move this to the left so it is peaking out from behind the frame.  Duplicate and mirror.  Select the frame layer and paste again.  Move this to the bottom left corner.

Open sparkle 2, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.

Open Ribbon, copy and close the original.  Select the bottom mushroom layer and paste.  Resize 70% and drop shadow.  Move this to the bottom center.  Duplicate and mirror.

Open tree, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste.  Move to the left so it peaks out.  Duplicate and mirror.  Duplicate this layer and resize 70%.  Move to the top left.  Duplicate and mirror.

Open deco01, copy and close the original.  select the tube layer and paste.  Resize 70% and move to the bottom right.

Open butterfly 2, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 50% and move to the bottom right corner.

Select your paper layer under the frame.  Select all, float, defloat,  Open unicorn01, copy and close the original.  Paste as a new layer.  Using your move tool, move the unicorn to the upper left corner of the paper so you can see the head and horn.  Selections, invert and hit delete on your keyboard.  Select none.  Change the blend mode to Luminance Legacy and lower the opacity to 50%.

Select raster 1 layer.  Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 01.  Copy and close the original.  Paste as a new layer.  Open sparkles01, copy and close the original.  Move to the upper right corner, duplicate and mirror.  Merge down the sparkle layers and merge down one more time to the paper layer.  Apply mask and merge group.

Add your name and copyright.  Save as png.

PTU: Autumn Beauty

Open a new 600x600 transparent image.

Open element 8, copy and close the original.  Paste as a new layer.  Resize 70%.  Using the magic wand, click inside the frame.  Selections, modify, expand by 5.  Open paper of choice, I am using paper 1, copy and close the original.  Paste as a new layer.  Selections, invert and hit delete on your keyboard.  Select none and drop shadow the frame.

Copy your close up tube and paste as a new layer.  Drop shadow. (If you are using a different tube you will have to make adjustments).

Open element 15, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  Move to the left side of the frame.  Duplicate and move it to the right.

Open element 3, copy and close the original.  Select the top branch layer and paste.  Move to the bottom left corner of the frame.  Duplicate and mirror.  Duplicate this layer and move to the center and down a bit.

Open element 7, copy and close the original.  Select the top rock layer and paste.  Resize 70% and move to the bottom right corner just above the rock.  See mine for placement.  Duplicate and mirror.

Open element 11, copy and close the original.  Select the top flower layer and paste.  Move to the middle left of the frame.  Duplicate and mirror.

Open element 10, copy and close the original.  Select the top branch layer and paste.  Move down slightly.

Open element 13, copy and close the original.  Select the ribbon layer and paste.  Resize 70% and move to the top left side of the frame.  Drop shadow.

Open element 24, copy and close the original.  Select the top branch layer and paste.  Move up slightly.  Duplicate and bring this layer to the top.  Move to the bottom and mirror. Drop shadow both ribbon layers.

Open element 33, copy and close the original.  Select the top rock layer and paste.  Move to the right middle of the frame.  Duplicate and mirror.

Open element 22, copy and close the original.  Select the top branch layer and paste.  Move slightly down.  Duplicate this layer and bring it to the top.  Resize 70% and move to the bottom right of the ribbon.

Open element 23, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Move to the bottom left of the ribbon.

Open element 34, copy and close the original.  Select the top ribbon layer and paste.  Resize 85% and move to the bottom right See mine for placement.  Drop shadow.

Open element 9, copy and paste as a new layer.  Image, free rotate to the right 90 degrees, all layers not checked.  Move to the bottom center. Drop shadow and duplicate.  Move this layer above the ribbon.  Image flip and move down to the bottom center.

Open element 21, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 70%.  Image free rotate, left, 20 degrees move to the top left side of the frame.  Move this layer above the frame layer.

Open element 26, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Move to the bottom.  Select all, float, defloat, selections, modify, expand by 5.  Add a new raster layer and flood fill with a gold pattern.  If you do not have a gold pattern, you can fill with #aea260 and add noise.  Select none.  Select the word art layer and add a drop shadow of V/H 1, Opacity 100, blur 1.  Repeat but change the V/H to -1.

Add your name and copyright.

If you do not want to animate, save as png.

Animation



Select raster 1 and flood fill with white.

Select your bottom wordart layer and apply pool shadow, default settings.  

Edit, copy special and paste into animation shop, Ctrl + V.

Undo, ctrl + z.  Select your bottom wordart layer and apply pool factory again but change the vertical to 70.  
Edit copy special and paste into animation shop after current frame.  Ctrl + Shift + L.

Undo, ctrl + z.  Select your bottom wordart layer and apply pool factory again but change the  vertical to 90.  
Edit copy special and paste into animation shop after current frame.  Ctrl + Shift + L.

Select all, animation, frame properties, and change the display time to 25.  Save as gif.
