This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP.

This tutorial was written using the supplies above.  If you are using a different tube or scrap kit you may need to make adjustments.  I am using a drop shadow of V/H 2 Opacity 50, blur 5, color black through out the tutorial unless otherwise state.

Open a new 600x600 transparent image.

Open element 11, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 70%, using your magic wand, click inside the frame.  Selections, mofify, expand by 5.  Open paper of choice,  I am using paper 5, copy and paste as a new layer.  Selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard.  Select none.  Move the paper layer under the frame.  Drop shadow the frame but change the color to #f1e2f8.  Repeat but change the V/H to -2.

Copy your close up tube and paste as a new layer and drop shadow.
I am using the one with the wings.

Open element 14, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 60% and move to the bottom of the tube.  so it covers the tube edge.
Open element 22, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 80% and move to the right side of the frame.  Move this layer under the tube layer.  Drop shadow, duplicate and mirror.

Open element 23, copy and paste
as a new layer.  Resize 70% and move to the top of the frame.  Drop Shadow.  Move this layer just above the frame layer.  Duplicate and bring this layer to the top.  Image resize 70% and move to the bottom of the tag.  See mine for placement.

Open element 17, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 35% and move to the bottom left side of the lace ribbon.  Drop shadow, duplicate and mirror.

Open element 15, copy and paste as a new layer,  Move to the top middle of the frame.  Move this layer just above the frame layer.  Duplicate and mirror.  See mine for placement.

Open element 19, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 30% and move to the bottom left just above the purple lily with the white bow.  Drop shadow.

Open element 9, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 40% and move to the bottom right just above the lily with the bow.  Drop shadow but change the color to #f1e2f8.

Open element 24, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 60% and move to the bottom middle of your tag.  Using gradient glow, basic setting, change the glow width to 5, color tab, change the color to #e9d6f1.

Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 4, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste as a new layer.  Layers, Load mask, load/save mask from disk and find mask WSL 130.  Apply mask and merge group.  Resize 120%.

Add your name and copyright.  Save as png.

I hope you have enjoyed my tutorial.  I would love to see your results.

Hugs,

Gwils
