This tutorial was written by me on February 24, 2013 and are the result of my own imagination. Any resemblance to another tutorial is purely coincidental.

This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies needed

I am using PSP X4 but this tutorial should work with any version.

PTU Tube:  I am using the gorgeous artwork of Selina Fenech.   Please do not use her artwork without a  proper license. You can purchase this gorgeous tube at CDO here.

PTU scrap kit:  I am using Inspired by Selina Fenech 18-3 by Dee's Sign Depot.  Thank you for creating this gorgeous kit.  You can purchase this at CDO here

Check out Dee's blog here.

Mask:  WSL_Mask 116.  You can get it at Weescotslass Creations here.

Plug ins:

This tutorial was written using the supplies above.  If you are using a different tube or scrap kit you may need to make adjustments.  I am using a drop shadow of V/H 2 Opacity 50, blur 5, color black through out the tutorial unless otherwise state.  When in doubt, look at my tag for reference.

Open a new 600x600 transparent image.

Paste paper of choice. I'm using paper 2, Apply WSL_mask 116 and merge group.

Open element 11, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 80%.

Open element 14, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 60% and move down to the bottom left corner, see mine for placement.  Duplicate and mirror.

Open spray 1, copy and paste as a new layer.  Move this to the bottom of your tag.

Select the top layer.  Copy your tube and paste as a new layer.  Resize 80% and move down and to the right.  See mine for placement.

Open element 8, copy and paste as a new layer.  Move to the right so it covers her elbow.

Open element 2, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 30% and move to the bottom left.  Duplicate and move to the top of the wheel.

Spray 6, copy and paste as a new layer.

Spray 3, copy and paste as a new layer, move this to the top right corner and move this layer above your mask layer.

Word art 2, select your top layer.  Copy and paste as a new layer.  Move to the bottom center of your tag.  Drop Shadow.

Add your name and copyright.

Save as png.

I hope you enjoyed my tutorial.  I would love to see your results.
