This tutorial was written using the supplies above.  If you are using a different tube or scrap kit you may need to make adjustments.  I am using a drop shadow of V/H 2 Opacity 50, blur 5, color black through out the tutorial unless otherwise state.

Open a new 600x600 transparent image.

Open frame 1, copy and close the original.  Paste as a new layer and resize 60%.  Click inside the frame using your magic wand.  Selections, modify, expand by 5.  Copy paper of choice.  I am using paper 4.  Paste as a new layer.  Selections, invert and hit delete on your keyboard.  Open your tube (I am using the one where she sits on the rose)  paste, Using your move tool, move to a spot your like.   Once happy with position, hit delete on your keyboard. Select none and move your paper and tube layers under your frame. Change the blend mode on your tube to soft light. Drop shadow the frame.

Copy your main tube and paste as a new layer Mirror.  Bring this layer to the top.  Move her so she looks like she is sitting on the frame.  Drop shadow.

Open element 1, copy and paste as a new layer, mirror,  Move this layer under the frame and paper layer.  Move the rose down until the lower petal is almost touching the bottom of your canvas.

Open element 5, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 25% and move to the bottom of the petal.

Open element 7, copy and paste as a new layer,  Resize 50% and move to the top right corner.  Duplicate and mirror.  Merge down and drag this layer just above your frame layer.

Open element 8, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 40% and move to the top left corner of the frame.  Drop shadow.

Open element 14, copy and close the original. Resize 50%   Move to the top middle of the frame.  Move this layer just above the leaf layer.

Open element 15, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 25% and move to the top right corner.  Drop shadow.

Open element 4, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 60% and move to the bottom left corner. See mine for placement.  Move this layer above raster 1.  Duplicate and move to the right bottom corner.
Merge down these 2 layers.  Duplicate, mirror and flip.

Select raster 1.  Copy and paste paper of choice.  I am using paper 7.  Layers, load/save mask, load mask from disk and apply your mask.  Merge group.

Word Art:  I am using Caviar Dreams bold Italic and Sabrina.
Starting with Caviar Dreams Size 72 color #be8c8f in your forground and back ground.  Stroke 2.  Type and word you want.  I typed Dream.  Convert to raster and apply the following inner bevel.

Move this to the top if it isn't already.  Move to the bottom left corner.  See mine for placement.  Change your background to a darker color.  I used #412c2c.  Hide the forground.  Using Sabrina, stroke 0 size 48 type Just or any word your want.  Convert to raster, drop shadow V/H 1 Opacity 100 blur 5 color black.  repeat but change V/H to -1.
