This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of  PSP.

I am using PSP X4 but this tutorial should work with any version.

Thank you for creating this gorgeous kit.  You can view it at her blog here or purchase it a her

Mask: None

Plug ins: Xenofex 2, constellations.

This tutorial was written using the supplies above.  If you are using a different tube or scrap kit you may need to make adjustments.  I am using a drop shadow of V/H 2 Opacity 50, blur 5, color black through out the tutorial unless otherwise state.

Open a new 650x250 transparent image.

Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 12.  Copy and close the original.  Select raster 1,  Select all, add a new raster layer, edit, paste into selections.

Open your tube,  Copy and paste as a new layer, Image, resize 40%. all layers not checked.  Move down and to the right.  See mine for placement.  Drop shadow.

Open element 42, select your paper layer, copy and paste as a new layer.  Image resize 50%.  Move to the left side.  Duplicate and mirror.  Move the mirrored one down a bit.  See mine for placement.  Merge down.

Open element 59, paste as a new layer.  Image resize 40% and move down to the left bottom corner.  See mine for placement.  Drop shadow.

Open element 85, paste as a new layer,  Image resize 40% and move to the bottom left beside the cream flower.  Move this layer down and tuck a bit behind the cream flower.

Open element 67, paste as a new layer and resize 30%.  Bring this layer above the other elements. Move to the bottom middle.  See mine for placement.

Open element 72, paste as a new layer and resize 90%.  Move to the middle of your banner.  Move this layer under the green flower.  Drop shadow.

Select your crop tool and crop opaque.

Select raster 1, Select all and add a new raster layer.  Move your new layer to the top.  Select a color from your tube or elements, I used #e6dfaf.  Flood fill your new layer.  Selections, modify, contract by 6.  Hit delete on your keyboard.  Select none.  Adjust, add/remove noise, add noise Gaussian 75% monochrome checked.

Move your tube layer above the frame.

Add your name and copyright.

Duplicate your banner and minimize for now.

If you do not want to animate your tag, save as png and scroll down to the avitar instructions.

Select your silver heart layer.  It should be right above your paper layer.  Effects, Xenofex 2, Constellation and apply the following settings.

Star size 2
Size Variation 8
Edge Star Density 100
Overall star density 0
Over drive 50
Twinkle Amount 35
Twinkle rotation 45
Keep original image checked
Random seed 1

Click ok.

Edit, copy special, copy merge.

Over to animation shop,  Paste as new animation or ctrl + v
Back to psp.  Undo the animation by clicking edit undo or ctrl + z.
Apply constellation again but hit random seed.  Copy merge and back
to animation shop.  Paste after current frame or ctrl + shift + L.
Repeat the previous 2 steps one more time.  View your animation and save as .gif.

Maximize your duplicated banner.  Image resize 80% all layers checked..  Delete the frame and copyright layers.  Select your crop tool and crop to 150x150.  Move the crop box until you find a spot you like.  Click the green check mark or hit enter.  Repeat the steps for the frame but contract by 4 and if animating repeat the steps above for the animation.
