This tutorial was written by me on February 23, 2013 and are the result of my own imagination. Any resemblance to another tutorial is purely coincidental.

This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies needed

I am using PSP X4 but this tutorial should work with any version.

PTU Tube:  I am using the fantastic artwork of Anna Marine.   Please do not use her artwork without a  proper license.  You can purchase this gorgeous tube at CDO here.

PTU scrap kit:  I am using Inspired by Anna Marine 43-3 created by Abstract Creations.  Thank you for creating this gorgeous kit.  You can purchase it at CDO here.

Check out Abstract's blog here to check out her awesome kits.

Mask: WSL Mask 119.  You can get it at Weescotslass creations here.

Plug ins: none.

This tutorial was written using the supplies above.  If you are using a different tube or scrap kit you may need to make adjustments.  I am using a drop shadow of V/H 2 Opacity 50, blur 5, color black through out the tutorial unless otherwise state.

Open a new 600x600 transparent image.

F2, Copy and paste as a new layer,  resize 80%.  Using your magic wand, click inside your frame. Selections expand by 5.  Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 1.  Copy  and paste as a new layer.
Selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard.  Selections, Invert, Selections, contract by 5.  Copy your main tube and paste as a new layer.  Resize 80%.  Using your move tool move her to a spot you like.  Selections invert.  Using your eraser tool, erase the bottom of your tube.  Select none.  Drop shadow the tube and frame.  Duplicate your tube and move this layer under your frame.

E14, copy and paste as a new layer,  resize 80% and move to the left side of the frame.  Move this layer under your top tube.  Select the top tube, using your eraser tool, erase the bottom portion of the tube so the ribbon shows.  Drop shadow the  bouquet.

E13, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 25% and move to the top right corner.  Drop shadow.

E2, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 30% and move to the bottom right corner.

E1, copy and paste as a new layer,  Resize 50% and move to the middle right.  Move this layer under the panda cupcake.

E6, copy and paste as a new layer, resize 35% and move to the left bottom corner covering the stems.

WA1, copy and paste as a new layer, resize 50% and move to the bottom of the frame. Drop shadow. Bring your bubble layer above the word art.

Add any other elements you like.

Select raster 1, Copy and paste paper of choice.  I am using paper 2.  Layers, load/save mask, load mask from disk.  Find mask WSL 119 and apply it.  Merge group.

Add your name and copyright.  Save as png and your done.  I hope you enjoyed my tutorial.  I would love to see your results.

Hugs,

Gwils
