This tutorial was written by me on October 21, 2012 and are the result of my own imagination. Any resemblance to another tutorial is purely coincidental.

This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of  PSP.

Supplies needed.

I am using PSP X4 but this tutorial should work with any version.

PTU Tube:  I am using the fantastic artwork of Alehandra Vanhek.  Please do not use this artwork without a  proper license.  You can purchase this beauty at PFD
PTU scrap kit:  I am using Jade Dragon by Baby Cakes Scraps.  Thank you for creating this fantastic kit.  You can view it at her blog here or purchase it a her store here

Mask:  I am using mask 79 by Vaybs.  Thank you Vaybs for making this fantastic mask.  You can download it from her blog here

Plug ins:  None

Font of choice.

This tutorial was written using the supplies above.  If you are using a different tube or scrap kit you may need to make adjustments.  I am using a drop shadow of V/H 2 Opacity 50, blur 5, color black through out the tutorial unless otherwise state.

Let's get started.

Open a new 600x600 transparent image.

Open paper frame, copy and close the original.  Paste as a new raster layer and resize 30% all layers not checked.
Using your magic wand, click inside your frame and all the open areas you don't see your marching ants. Selections>modify>expand by 3.  Open paper of choice.  I am using Paper 12.  Copy and close the
original.  Add a new raster layer, standing on your new layer, Edit>paste into selections.  Do not deselect.  Move this layer under your frame.
Selections>Modify>contract by 3.  Copy your tube and paste as a new layer.  Image resize 40%.  Move to the middle and down a bit.  Using your move tool.  Selections>invert and using your eraser tool, erase the bottom of your tube.  Select none.  Drop shadow your tube and  frame.

Open oriental fan.  Copy and close the original.  Select your tube layer and paste as a new layer.  Image>resize 15%.  Move this to the bottom left corner of your frame.  Duplicate and move the duplicate layer under your tube.  Select your top fan and using your eraser tool, erase the fan so her elbow shows.

Open Gold fan.  Copy and close the original.  Select your tube layer and paste as a new layer.  Image>resize 15% Move this to the bottom right corner of your frame and have this fan on top of the oriental fan.

Open Dragon.  Copy and close the original.  Paste as a new layer,  image resize 25%, all layers not checked and move to the bottom right hand corner.  Drop shadow and mirror.

Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 10, copy and close the original.  Select raster 1, Select all and paste into selection.  Select none.  Layers>load/save mask>Load mask from disk and find  DBV_mask 79.  Apply your mask and merge group.  Move this over to the right side a bit.  Duplicate and mirror and flip.  Merge down.

Open glitter jade.  Copy and close the original.  Select raster 1 and paste as a new layer.  Image>resize 50% and move to the right.  Image flip.  Duplicate and mirror.

Open Kanzashi bloom.  Copy and close the original.  Paste as a new layer and resize 25%.  Move to the top right corner of your frame.  Move this layer above your frame layer.  Duplicate and mirror.

Add any other elements you like.  Once happy with your tag, add your copyright and name.  Save as png and your done.

I hope you enjoyed my tutorial and I would love to see your results.

Hugs
